Vibration Plate Therapy at Flawless Electrolysis uses a professional-grade Life Pro vibration platform to deliver gentle, controlled vibrations through your body while you stand on the plate. The vibrations engage muscle groups throughout your body with low-impact motion that's easy on the joints.
Consultation: Before your first session, we'll have a brief consultation. I'll show you how the plate works, walk you through the speed settings and programs, and review any health history that's relevant to your session.
The Session: A typical session lasts about 10 minutes. You'll stand on the platform — you can keep it simple by just standing in place, or incorporate gentle movements like slight knee bends, light squats, or stretches to engage more muscle groups. We'll start at a comfortable speed and adjust from there.
While my background as a Registered Nurse informs the care I bring to every session, vibration plate therapy is a wellness and fitness service, not a medical treatment. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

To get the most from your Vibration Plate session:
- Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes (or go barefoot, if you prefer)
- Come well-hydrated
- If you're new to vibration plates, plan on starting at lower speeds — it's a unique sensation, and most first-timers prefer to ease in
- After your session, you may feel pleasantly energized or lightly fatigued, similar to a short workout

Vibration plate therapy is generally suitable for most adults, but there are situations where it isn't appropriate — including pregnancy, recent surgery, certain back or joint conditions, blood clots, pacemakers or other implanted devices, and some other medical conditions.
