Consultation: Your first session begins with a brief consultation. We'll talk through your wellness goals, comfort preferences, and any health history that's relevant to your session. This isn't a medical evaluation — it's simply how I make sure your experience is appropriate and comfortable for you.
The Session: You'll lie comfortably wrapped in the Red Light Therapy Blanket, which uses over 2,500 LEDs to deliver red and near-infrared light to your full body. Sessions typically last 10 to 30 minutes. The light feels warm and gentle, and most clients find the experience deeply relaxing. Protective goggles are provided.
